Advocacy

10 Years of Action and Success

Since 2000, Oakvillegreen has strived to be the community's strongest voice for planning that values, protects and enhances our natural heritage.   The results of our dedicated team of volunteers have been significant and numerous.  Please read more in Our Accomplishments.

We advocate for legislative change at the local, provincial and federal level.  We also create and support initiatives that move us toward sustainability.  We work across Ontario, offering an effective 'Organize To Win' seminar to other grassroots community groups to help teach them how to become effective advocates.
